A few years after I had become certified as a personal trainer and started my career, I faced another transformative experience— writing my first book. During this phase of my life, I lacked a profound purpose. I resorted to a cocktail of distractions to numb the pain stemming from childhood bullying. I doubted my ability to make a meaningful impact in the world, and despite spending lavishly, I had little to show for it.

Until that moment, I'd been a 'lone ranger' in my business endeavors, convinced that I held all the answers. However, I hit a plateau and couldn't seem to make any significant breakthroughs. Everything changed when I made the decision to bring in someone with superior marketing expertise.

I made a crucial shift in my journey by going 'all in' and investing in my own personal growth, learning from the world's best. Drawing from years of hands-on experience in gyms, I channeled my skills into crafting extraordinary experiences around the globe. From enchanting Bali & Thailand to sunny San Diego, vibrant Japan to scenic Argentina, my mission was clear: empower personal trainers and create unforgettable moments worldwide.

I had the privilege of being introduced to someone with a close connection to Tony Robbins, which led me to invest in Tony's Platinum program. This program opened doors to intimate events where I had the opportunity to receive remarkable one-on-one coaching and mentorship.

It was a dream come true to run alongside Richard on the beach of Necker Island. However, as the day unfolded, my relationship with alcohol took an unfortunate turn, and I ended up getting incredibly drunk on the island. It was an honest and heartfelt call from a mentor that prompted me to take a deep and serious look at healing myself from these destructive habits.

My life closely resembled those flashy supercar ads, with an obsession for showcasing financial success at the forefront. My motivation behind this extravagant lifestyle was a desire for what I believed was respect. When my relationships began to crumble, my solution seemed to be acquiring an even more expensive car and a grander mansion, thinking it would fill the void.

The decision to relocate to the True Transformation Ranch in San Diego was a bold and exciting move. We had some incredible experiences there, yet as time passed, a persistent feeling of unease crept in. It was as though I had lost touch with my authentic self. I yearned for a simpler, more genuine way of life.

My last drink marked a significant milestone in my journey, back in July 2017. It was the final major addiction I needed to overcome. All the self-work and personal growth investments had finally paid off, leading me to discover a sense of 'home' within myself. I realized that I didn't require all the expensive possessions to feel loved and connected. This video captures the transformative moment when everything changed, and my world shifted.

The Black Ball represents those events from our past that often go unspoken. It was during an authentic connection games event in California that my life experienced a profound transformation. In my book, I delve into the story of what transpired during that event and introduce a potent framework for change that has the potential to make a significant impact on people's lives.

Having completely transformed my own life, it became glaringly evident that there were other men out there who were also struggling with pain and uncertainty. I felt a deep desire to impart the skills and knowledge I had acquired over nearly a decade, wanting to help them find their own path to transformation.

Throughout our hero's journey, we inevitably face some of life's toughest moments, which serve as profound challenges. Paradoxically, these moments often yield the most valuable insights. Following a full recovery and a realignment of my life, I've gained some of my most powerful insights, and I'm now eager to share them with men who are ready to experience the transformative shift they truly deserve.
